Shoe Diary: Emotions run high, accomplished and fearless

I'm so proud of who I am today. I remember telling myself a year ago that I would never do something again. What I said, on that day, made me realize something very important; never should I ever say what I will not do again.

I'm proud because what I said I wouldn't do, I ended up doing that something again. This second time around I've made so much progress and I'm no longer that diamond in the rough; I'm a full fledged, shiny diamond. And oh, how brightly I shine.

When and if you are ever in a moment of uncertainty or you feel as though you have not been successful at something and you just will not ever do that something again, please think twice. Let yourself know that you are bigger and greater than any uncertainty. You are more than a conqueror and you should never let yourself down, ever.

Every feat is progress and steps closer to success. You have to realize why you took that road and give it all you've got. That's what happened to me and I can say I've lived, learned and conquered.

In the Beginning

There was Vogue Magazine

Every fashionista/o has to have read more than once in their ever so fabulous fashion life, a vogue issue. For me, the idea of the word Vogue literally turns a bad day from darkness into light. I feel it is my responsibility to showcase within my first blog the fabulosity of Vogue Magazine. Thus, this months issue, with a front cover of the ravishing Kate Bosworth gives us the super divine nine of fahsions breakout designers. My absolute fav designers are Wainwright and Neville of Rag & Bone. I can just recall watching a really low quality Fashion network show on cable last summer, and they showcased their masterpieces, oh boy, I was in love at first sight. If only, a starving college student as myself could afford the ultra hip and sleek designs, it would be heaven on earth.

Not only has vogue unravelled the fashion world within America, but it has been the universal staple of Fashion Journalism worldwide, highly loved in some of the world's most romantic cities like Italy and France. Vogue magazine has been criticized from certain anti-smoking groups for carrying tobacco advertisements in the magazine, but Wanna be Devil Wears Prada Editor in Chiefs, thrill at the site of the glossy and irresistable front covers.
