This would be an outfit of my choice for a semi-casual hot day. The chiffon red skirt is super adorable, chic and comfortable on a very hot day. The shoes are the latest hot trend that are probably originally from the 70's, but I love them. The top is just a cotton/chiffon mixed 'I don't know what material,' but I just loved the look with the skirt. And of course, the hermes mini back-pack.
